The first thing I plan on doing is a video blog bonanza. I shall videotape myself singing originals, some crazy covers and most likely doing random things to show you how easily entertained I am. I have most of the songs written down, but if you have requests please feel free to let me know.
Right now I'm working with a bassist to get my recording project off the ground and into flight. Then I will work finishing up some harmonies...and then other little odds and ends. After I get all my ideas down the studio it is. I know that it's taking me forever, but I want to do it right the first time around. I've seen a lot of independent artists record their first EP and then shortly after that they realize that it doesn't sound the way they wanted it to. I'm sure after my EP is "signed, sealed, delivered" I will nitpick at things, but I still want to be proud of it as whole in the end. So far pre-production is sounding good...which is a good sign that hopefully means the REAL studio versions of my songs will be kickbooty.
